We aim to dispatch physical orders promptly.
Please remember that our team are all volunteers, and delays can sometimes occur. Please be patient.
If UK customers do not receive delivery of goods within 28 days of ordering, they should contact the Sales Manager.
Please note that although we dispatch all items under 2 kg by airmail, deliveries to the US and the Rest of the World can take up to eight weeks to arrive.
You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they are handed to our carrier.
