Can anyone recommend books written by WW1 naval airmen of operations over the North Sea in WW1? I have the following:
G E Livock “To the Ends of the Air”
T D Hallam “The Spider‘s Web”
C F Snowden Gamble “The Story of a North Sea Air Station”
C R Samson “Fights and Flights”
R B Davies “Sailor in the Air”
I think there must be similar books to try and find (probably long out of print) and enjoy looking online in lists of used books. My particular interest is flying over northern North Sea, Orkney and Shetland. Any suggestions would be very welcome.
