The website http://southendtimeline.com/19151934thefirstwar.htm records the history of Rochford Aerodrome (now Southend Airport). It states that No.61 (Home Defence) Squadron formed ‘A’ Flight in January 1918, which left Rochford on the 13th February 1918, the remainder of the Squadron remained at Rochford until disbanded in 1919. Can anybody tell me where ‘A’ Flight went to?
