The aircraft was BE2e B4411 which stalled on a turn and spun in during dual control.(incorrectly shown as A4411 in some reports)
Neale was the pilot/instructor but was not necessarily in control
Lt DM Cleland-Hollamby was pupil
CWGC has Neale buried at LEICESTER (WELFORD ROAD) CEMETERY O. “C.” 2965.
They list Hollamby as just Douglas Hollamby, buried HESTON (ST. LEONARD) CHURCHYARD E. 21.

Both were with 19TS (18 Wing)
