No, there’s nothing new in the text, but neither the publisher or the authors claim that there is. In my opinion, what makes this new edition worth having is the greatly improved design, plus the illustrations. Quite a few of these are new, all much better reproduced than in the original,in no small part due to the superior quality of the paper throughout the book. In a recent review, I highly recommended it.
