The book ”Futile Exercise? – The British Army’s Preparations for War 1902-1914′ by Simon Batten, Helion, 2018, has Chapter 5 on ‘The 1913 Exercise’, this includes the RFC contribution. However, it may not be in the detail you require depending on what that is? It does reference TNA WO 279/52 ‘Report on Army Manoeuvres 1913’ which may also be of use.
