The history of the Nieuport company, from the small workshop in Suresnes in 1910 to the large factory in Issy-les-Moulineaux in 1918, and from the first prototype designed by Edouard Nieuport to the fighters models designed by Gustave Delage.
David Méchin has been an aviation historian for two decades, writing many articles in the French historical press, some translated for the Cross and Cockade International journal. He recently wrote an encyclopaedia on WW1 French aces published by Aeronauts Press.
