As a member of The Great War Aviation Society, you’ll help to make sure the aircraft, pilots, ground crew and their sacrifices are never forgotten. Your membership helps provide accurate information to journalists, researchers, and members of the public looking to learn more about this fascinating period, and to publish our publications which include books, calendars, Contact! magazine and Cross & Cockade International Journal.

As part of your 2025 Membership of the Society, you can choose to have four copies of the Journal, four copies of Contact! or copies of both publications – in either print or digital formats.

The Journal publishes detailed historical articles by the world’s leading aviation historians, supported by a large selection of photographs and accurate scale drawings. Contact! includes technical information, modelling builds, stunning colour artwork, original photos from the Society’s archive and shorter feature articles.
